Suggested Use

Mix 1 scoop (7g) or 2 scoops (14g) with 200-250ml of water or your preferred beverage. Start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance due to its high stimulant content. Consume before exercise on training days. Do not exceed 2 scoops within 24 hours.
